Am I healthy?

This week’s question seeks to answer–how healthy am I? This topic will touch on areas such as the different forms of health (physical, mental, spiritual etc.), how health is viewed in society, and how creating a healthy lifestyle can have positive and negative impacts on your life.
Summary
We approached it from different angles such as defining health as an absence of illness and how over-obsessing about health can in turn lead to illness. We also touched on the different pillars of health, mainly mind, body and soul, and how the healthy individual should seek to strike a balance between all three. We even questioned the health standard imposed on us by the society and how big corporations push health standards that sometimes go against our natural desire to be healthy.
