Summary

We touched on areas such as if its a conscious decision or an instinctive act, the different intensions (escaping pain, martyrdom), the ownership of our body and having the right to destroy it, and that even if we find ourselves in a hopeless situation, we can always believe that there’s hope on the other side. Thank you to everyone for showing up and creating this space to openly talk about a challenging subject. Remember, if you’re feeling low and having intrusive thoughts, don’t be afraid to reach out, There’ll always be someone there to listen and help you through it. We’re all in this together.
